Co-founder Audrey Bertrand's eye for the unique and exquisite is reflected in the carefully curated selection of artwork from established and emerging artists all over the world.
As a hybrid art gallery; SABO also showcases high-end jewelry, custom LA-based clothing, and designer vintage finds.
With over 10 years of experience in the art and interior design world, Audrey has crafted SABO Collective to be a must-visit destination for those seeking to bring home a special memento from their stay.
Origin story
The Story
Southern roots run deep in Audrey's family, where she was born and raised. The name SABO means 'tailor' in Hungarian and was the married name for Audrey's grandmother Lou, who deeply impacted her life and those of her family back in Texas.
"As an homage to my grandmother after her passing; I wanted to open a curated boutique that would reflect the woman she was to me growing up in the South. I remember her always dressed to the nines: 3-piece Neiman Marcus suits, jewelry to match any occasion and not a hair out of place after leaving the parlor. Her timeless sense of style, taste and elegance deeply impacted me growing up.
My journey began searching for the perfect location to launch my boutique and upon entering the Biltmore Hotel I immediately felt her presence. The regal architecture, historical photographs and infamous starlets that graced the property was when I knew this was where I wanted to open up my shop."
The Team
Franky is the head CCO: Chief Cuteness Officer and runs the day-to-day operations and financials. In his spare time you can find him making friends with guests at the hotel and going on long walks.

We are currently looking to hire a part time sales-associate with knowledge in art sales, jewelry, fashion and prior experience working in a high-end retail setting.
